The MarkMakers project is run by The Pollokshields Trust for the benefit of the surrounding local community. 

The project aims to coordinate the creation of a community designed, owned and operated Common on the site of the now derelict Kingston Bowling Green.

 

The bowling green sits at the heart of an area of multiple deprivation, and once transformed will provide much needed Community Green Space for local residents.

Throughout Spring 2018 the project will be working with the local community to facilitate local events and consultation opportunities, helping define the direction of the project.
